How long have you worked for Godfrey Syrett?
10 years this summer.
What does your role entail?
I manage the Service Delivery team, who deal with all aspects of delivery and installation of customers orders. This ranges from scheduling larger jobs with our Project Managers and organising labour for installations, to laising with customers to ensure the delivery and installation process happens as smoothly as possible. Where problems do arise, my team also deal with those; ensuring swift resolution and close out.
What is your favourite part of your job?
Our customers, both internal and external. To me, my role is all about building relationships - with colleagues and customers - and ensuring we give the best service possible. I love solving problems and puzzles and making the impossible happen – it's very challenging, but very rewarding.
What is the one thing you could not live without?
My 2 dogs.
