Hayward House is a Macmillan Specialist Palliative Cancer Care Unit in the grounds of Nottingham City Hospital.  It provides high quality care centred on the needs of the patients and their families.  Their aim is to enrich the quality of life through the skills of an experienced and caring team.

As one of the leading furniture suppliers on the NHS Framework Agreement, Godfrey Syrett was chosen to provide the new furniture requirements for the unit.

The vision of the team was to provide furnished areas that would reflect the calming atmosphere of the unit yet sustain its clinical disciplines.

Godfrey Syrett offered advice and guidance on products which promoted infection control such as a range of vinyl options for patient seating.  The Procurement Team were delighted with the finished Unit, Godfrey Syrett will be on hand to assist with any future developments.
