Salford Royal, Mayo Buidling
Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust is a large teaching trust that provides hospital and community care to the people of Salford and beyond. The Mayo building is part of Salford Royal’s £200million redevelopment scheme to improve the hospital site. The Mayo Building is a state-of-the-art education and research facility at Salford Royal which opened in April 2009. The building is equipped with a full range of simulators to help train the doctors and nurses of the future and includes a simulated operating theatre with ‘Simulation Man’; a manikin that displays human like features.
Having already successfully installed furniture to the Salford Royal Hope Building, Godfrey Syrett were selected to supply furniture to the Mayo Building. Breakout Areas were furnished with sylish yet comfortable Zeus sofas, the Staff Restrooms have come alive with bright vibrant Frost Chairs in translucent Violet paired with sylish Genoa Chrome Diameter Tables. Our popular and versitle Cloud Desking were chosen in the offices paired with Ergo Mesh ergonomic seating and New Plexus High Back Chairs with Cantilever Frames.
