The Really Useful Group

The Project

Moving from their existing offices within the heart of the West End in London where they have been situated since 1977; Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Really Useful Group wanted to create a working environment that reflected their creative ethos. The setting and atmosphere of the new office needed to make a lasting impact on any visitor to the company, and ensure their focus was instantly recognisable. Split over two floors, the office environment was housed on the lower floor of the building, with the upper floor dedicated to a suite of meeting rooms.

Our Solution

The client selected a mixture of walnut and white timber finishes for the Cloud Cover Bench desking range, complementing the main office decor. The extensive windows on one side of the building necessitated a light feel  to the décor, and so the client chose the Ergo Vision Task chair range to complement the workspaces. Storage was created in ‘dead space’ areas via a storewall system to ensure maximum storage space for all users. This was supported with a special pedestal system for each individual person at their workspace.
