Initially looking after our server maintenance and user support, as well as pro-active on-site support, outsourced IT services will bring us several benefits; including a greater IT support network, a deeper skillset, and the ability to offer a best fit solution and additional support as the business grows.
Investing in digital technology is a key priority for us; having invested over £1.5 million in manufacturing technology in recent years, in a bid to increase production capacity, shorten lead times, reduce waste and fulfil an increasing volume of orders.
David Brown, IT manager at Godfrey Syrett said:
