13th June 2014, 12:37pmWe are proud to announce the launch of our new Showroom based at our Head Office in Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Established in 1947, our mission is to keep good design alive. Our team of in house designers have an implicit understanding of how to create products that are both innovative and stylish. As such, the new Showroom displays a selection of iconic and top quality furniture items, many of which have been manufactured in our own factories.
After the success of our new Education Showroom launch earlier this year at our Durham Office, we wanted to open a Showroom to present our latest office furniture, enabling us to showcase a range of new products, ideas and spaces. It’s also an opportunity for our customers to learn more about Godfrey Syrett, our Designers and our Manufacturing facilities.
Laid out in a series of furniture settings, the Showroom has been designed to demonstrate the different types of spaces required in today’s workplace. These include waiting areas, meet and greet spaces, soft and hard meeting areas, discussion pods and shared reference areas - along with individual, group, touchdown, flexible and adaptable work spaces. In addition, our new chair wall provides a large choice of easy to view multi-purpose seating. The new Showroom is part of a long-term refurbishment programme for the business, designed to totally transform our head office facilities.
