At Godfrey Syrett we strive to offer our clients an unrivalled level of product quality and service in all areas.  Our website is no exception, and this site has been built with an exemplary level of usability and accessibility in mind.

In accordance with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (W3C WCAG), all site features have been built using Priority 3 checkpoints.  As a result, this site should meet with the highest level of website accessibility laid out in the Disability Discrimination Act.

Accessibility features include:

• Use of Access Keys (see below for details)
• Use of strict xHTML
• Use of alternative text tags for all images
• Use of abbreviation and acronym tags
• Use of CSS
• All site features and forms are usable where javascript is not enabled
• Tables are only used to present tabular information, not for layout
• Where new windows open, users are prewarned in the link tag
